Faulkton Out of School Program seeking director

Though the project is still in its infancy, a Faulkton Out of School Program Steering Committee is now to the point where they are looking to hire someone as a program director.

The Schwan Food Company has announced plans to close distribution depot centers in Faulkton and Oakes, N.D. Schwan’s will replace these plants with a new facility to be located in Aberdeen.

Faulkton graduation begins on somber note

Faulkton High School Principal Craig Cassens opened graduation ceremonies with a somber announcement. Senior classmate Kaitlin Heitmann was recovering from serious injuries following a Saturday morning car accident near her rural Faulkton home.
