Clark School Board moves forward with opt-out plans

It really isn't a news flash stunner, but the Clark School District 12-2 is preparing to opt out in 2013. This means that the school district cannot operatve on the revenues generated by the maximum levy for the school's general fund, in the opinion of the administration and the school board, and will choose to opt out of the tax limitation freeze. Faulkton superintendent addresses guns in schools

Joel Price recently gave his monthly Superintendent's report to the Faulkton School Board. He reported on a measure currently being considered in the legislature that would allow teachers and staff to be armed.
