The Guelph School has not had students attending for several decades, but the unincorporated community knew it could not let the facility sit empty. The gym, with a beautiful, wood-paneled, curved roof, is used by local residents as a place to exercise, as well as for a variety of events throughout the year (such as the home décor sale above).
