Perspective

“Nature and its inhabitants fuel my creative process. I attempt to weave together personal narratives with observations of my everyday world.” —Jay Hopkins

This piece, titled “Summer Colors,” is currently on display at the Granary Rural Cultural Center in rural Groton. The Granary is open to the public from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday until the end of September. A Living History Festival will be held at the Granary Saturday, Sept. 12.
